What Makes a good cup of Joe!

At The Coffee Box we really love a good cup of Joe. Additionally, we also like to stimulate the local economies in the cities we operate by sourcing 100% of our product within 50 miles of our businesses. Unlike most other coffee shops we focus on how we can harness technology and other Machine learning systems to create the most consistent cup of coffee in the world.

Buy fresh, whole bean coffee

The Coffee Box has recently partnered with Minas Espresso located in Edwardsville, Illinois. As our partner we embrace the ideology that the best coffee doesn’t just come from the store; it comes from the heart and the relationships between us, Minas espresso farmers, and our customers. As or source bean provider Minas we contribute to long-term fair trade, showing our commitment to provide sustainable coffee beans roasted.

If you're buying bags of pre ground coffee, you're doing it wrong. Instead, start with fresh, whole beans.

There's a reason most coffee companies don't provide the date for when the coffee was roasted; the stuff you find on the shelf in the grocery store has probably been there for months. Coffee reaches its peak flavor just days after it has been roasted and should be consumed within a month of its roast date.

To find freshest coffee we connected with our local roaster Minas Espresso. Some roast on the spot or source from local roasters who roast in smaller batches, which typically means fresher coffee.
